Despite having tried to improve their appearance with exercise, a man may be self-conscious about the size and shape of his lower legs.
What happens?
Under general anaesthetic, a cut is made in one of the crease lines behind the knee and a silicone implant is inserted through this cut so that it sits on top of the calf muscle.
