What is it?
This procedure - to increase the length or thickness of the penis - is not recommended by the majority of plastic surgeons because of the risk of complications.

Why have it done?
Penis size is a worry for many men.
What happens?
To lengthen the penis, the ligament that attaches it to the pubic bone is cut so that more of the penis hangs outside the body.
To increase penis thickness, fat may be liposuctioned from the abdomen or thighs and injected into the organ or cut away and grafted on.
Veins can also be transferred on to the penis to increase blood flow and thickness.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from around £2,000.
